How can I cancel my account?

To cancel your account, please send us a support ticket - Support Ticket

How do I change my password?

You can do this via your MoreSurveys profile page.

Can I have multiple accounts?

No. Members found to be breaking our rules relating to multiple accounts will be banned permanently.

Can anybody join MoreSurveys?

Currently, our site can only allow USA memebrs to join. We will be expanding on this in the near future. You must also be over 18 years of age to participate.

Why has my account been suspended?

Your account may have been suspended for a variety of reasons. Most of which can be rectified very quickly by raising a support ticket to our support team.

Why are you asking for address verification?

We reserve the right to ask members for an address confirmation document to help reduce the risk of fraudulent activity on our site. Payment will be held until a member's address is fully verified or indefinitely if no address confirmation document is provided. Any documents sent to us will be automatically removed from our system after 30 days of us receieving the document.

What is the minimum amount I can withdraw?

The minimum amount you can withdraw is $1.00. We offer one of the lowest withdrawal thresholds across all survey sites.

What payment options are available?

Members can withdraw via PayPal, Venmo, Skrill and Giftcards. (Venmo and Giftcards will be released soon).

How long does it take to get paid?

We complete a minimum of three payment runs per day. The average payout time is approximately 4 hours but you should allow up to 24 hours for the payment to arrive. Once you are a verified member you can use our Instant PayPal option and request 3 instant payment of up to $50 each day.

What fees do you charge?

MoreSurveys pay your withdrawal fees. This means NO FEES for our members. You get to keep everything that you earn.

Offers & Offer Walls

Why are my offers pending?

If your offers are pending, then our advertisers have not verified your completion yet. Most credits are issued instantly. However, please allow over 24 hours for your credits to reach your account as some advertisers can take slightly longer to detect a successful completion.

How do I reduce the risk of an offer being declined?

In your internet browser settings you need to permanently allow cookies, JavaScript, pop-ups and third party images. Set all your security settings to low. Always use the links provided by SuperPay.Me to enter a retailer's site; do not type in offers url at the top of your browser screen. Always sign up using truthful contact information. Lying when you complete offers will cause transactions to be reversed and possible removal from our system.

Why did i not receive credit?

If an offer hasn't credited for you, it is because the advertiser has not yet confirmed that a valid completion was received and has yet to send the credit to your account. If, for any reason, we don't receive credit from the advertiser, we cannot credit your account.

Remember that in most cases offers confirm within a couple of hours, but sometimes they can take days or weeks. Please try to be patient. There are a variety of reasons why an advertiser may not credit us for an offer you believe you completed. Here are some of the more common reasons:

1) You did not complete the entire offer. If you quit half way through a survey or do not finish an offer, you will not be credited. For example, many sites require that you confirm your email address at the end of the registration. We recommend you keep the success page open until the credit comes through on your account.

2) Fake or inaccurate information was used. If you use fake information when completing an offer, you will not receive credit. Using fake or misleading information is also against our Terms of Service and will result in the termination of your account. If you do not want to provide real information to a company, don't do the offer

3) You have done the offer before. Advertisers will not pay for the same person to try their product or service multiple times. If you have done the same, or similar, offer on multiple sites or offerwalls, we will not receive credit for it if you do it again.

4) You cancelled the offer immediately. If you sign-up for a product trial and then immediately cancel your trial, you will not receive credit. You get paid by advertisers to try products and services that you are interested in. By cancelling immediately, you indicate that you were not interested to begin with. If you are not genuinely interested in an offer, do not do it.

5) The offer has not tracked correctly. This can be due to a variety of issues, and we recommend you follow the recomendations and tips on our help page to assist with this.

Why are there no offers for me?

We do try to provide offers for all our International members.Unfortunately the vast majority of our offers are only available to those members resident in the USA, UK, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, ITALY and SPAIN. We work with our advertisers on a daily basis in an attempt to add more offers to all countries around the world. The number of surveys or offers available will ultimately depend on companies and organisations from your country providing those and it is not something we can control.

Please keep checking daily to see if you can complete the new offers that we add. Remember, just because you cannot earn money by completing offers. You can still make great money by referring your family and friends.

Why do the offer walls not work for me?

Our Offer Walls are provided by 3rd party advertisers. We have no control over access to these offers or their crediting. If an offer wall is not available to you it may be because your account has been flagged for breach of their security checks. We do not have any access to, or influence over their decision to place a ban.
